Mars Chardonnay Barrel Hosaka (Dry)

This Chardonnay is harvested in HOSAKA vineyard of Yamanashi Prefecture.
HOSAKA vineyard offers high quality revel grapes.
We used complete ripen chardonnay and fermented(skincontact).
Maturation with French oak.
This wine have excellent characteristics of the Chardonnay grape.

Mars Koshu 1996 (sweet)

Koshu grape is original grape of Japan.
This grape is harvested near our Yamanashi Factory.
We fermented this grape with low temperature.
Maturation with glass-lined tank among 3 years.
This wine have rich aroma and bouquet with mild taste.

Mars Cabernet-Bairey A (mediumbody)

CabernetSauvignon and MuscatBaireyA(hybrid grape in Japan) are harvested
in HOSAKA vineyard of Yamanashi Prefecture.
HOSAKA vineyard offers high quality revel grapes.
We are blending Cabernet Sauvignon and MuscatBaireyA.
Maturation with French Oak.
This wine have excellent characteristics of two grapes.
Rich aroma and Bouquet with mild taste.
